Notice-only work, shown from £99 plus VAT per adjoining owner for a straightforward house, is the preparation and service of the notice. It is not the later surveyor process.

Read the from-prices as a shape, not a quote
A notice with a professional review of the drawings is shown from £195 plus VAT per owner. Urgent preparation is shown from £295 plus VAT. An agreed surveyor for a standard residential case is shown from £995 plus VAT. Separate surveyors, basements and hostile files are bespoke.
Indicative pricing. The number of owners, the drawings, the works and the neighbour’s response can all change the fee. VAT is confirmed on the invoice.
