The public pages are general information about a process in England and Wales. They are not a recommendation to serve a notice, to consent, or to dissent. Project-specific documents are supplied only after a person has reviewed them, under a separate engagement.
Indicative prices are not an offer. A quoted fee becomes payable when you accept a written scope. Surveyor fees charged by an independent firm are their fees, even if you pay them through this portal.
You agree that the information you upload is yours to share, or that you have authority to share it, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Drawings that change after a notice must be sent again.
We may refuse a matter that is outside England and Wales, outside partner coverage, or already in litigation. Refusal is not a comment on the merits.
These terms are a working draft for the product. They require review by a solicitor before the service takes payment on a live matter.
