Join the surveyor network
We introduce matters to independent firms. You keep the professional appointment. The platform keeps the checklist, the versions and the audit trail. You approve anything statutory that goes out in your name.

What we ask for before a profile can receive work
- The legal entity and the named surveyor
- Professional memberships, described accurately
- Professional indemnity evidence and an expiry date
- The postcodes and the complexity you actually accept
- Whether you will act as agreed surveyor, building owner’s surveyor, adjoining owner’s surveyor, or not
RICS status is displayed to clients only when we have marked it verified. If you are not a member, say so. Inflated credentials are a reason to suspend a profile.
You can refuse a matter. Capacity and conflicts are part of the match. High-risk work is not offered to a profile that does not accept it or whose insurance is out of date.
Commercial terms — referral fee, revenue share or subscription — are agreed in writing. Geographic exclusivity is not offered at launch.
