Architects: when to flag a Party Wall issue
You do not need to become a Party Wall surveyor. You do need to avoid a start date that ignores the notice period.

Current drawings, not last month’s planning set if it has moved. The client’s authority for us to speak to them. A straight note if the builder is already booked inside the usual notice period.
