Damage during the works: what to record
A dated photograph, a short description, and the part of the building are enough to start a post-work or mid-work issue on the file.

What happens on the case
The issue is flagged for the appointed professional where there is one. This screen does not allocate the cost or decide that the works caused the crack. If there is no Award and no surveyor, the case desk still logs it and asks a person to look.
Keep the Schedule of Condition to hand if one was made. The comparison is the point of it.
