Signing a Party Wall paper digitally
Where a signature is needed, the platform keeps who signed, which version, and when. The building owner’s authority to serve is a separate tick from the professional’s approval.

What still needs a person
Approval of the notice text, appointment of a surveyor, and approval of an Award are not collected as casual e-sign boxes for an algorithm to act on. If a document is statutory, a named professional is on the version that is served.
