The drawings changed after the notice
If the steel moves, the foundation deepens, or the extension grows towards the boundary, the notice that was served may no longer match the work.

Tell the file before the builder
Upload the new revision and say what changed in one sentence. A reviewer decides whether a fresh notice, an amended Award, or a note to the appointed surveyor is the right path.
Do not assume the neighbour’s earlier consent covers the new scheme. Consent is to what they were shown.
Fees
Re-service and a second review are not always inside the original notice price. The pricing page says changed drawings are quoted. That is deliberate.
