Building regulations are about how the work is built: structure, fire, energy, drainage. They are not a substitute for telling the neighbour under the Act, where the Act applies.

What we still want from the building-control set
Calculations, steel layouts and foundation sections are often prepared for building control and are exactly the pages a Party Wall reviewer needs. Upload them. They do not, by themselves, count as a notice.
A Party Wall Notice does not replace planning permission, building regulations approval, leaseholder or freeholder consent, or structural advice. This platform does not provide legal advice and does not issue Awards.
