What a Party Wall Award is
Where owners do not both agree in writing, section 10 of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 sets out a surveyor process. The Award can deal with how work is done, access, protection, and often fees.

What you will see here
Drafts stay labelled until the appointed professional approves that version. A plain-English note is kept separate from the Award itself, so a summary is never mistaken for the Award.
High-risk files need a second review. Cost allocation is left blank in any assistive draft. The software is not allowed to fill it in.
After it is served
