Party Wall Notice cost
A notice on a straightforward house is a different piece of work from a basement Award. We publish from-prices so you can see the shape of the fee, and we say clearly when a person has to price it.

- Notice-only, straightforward residential: from £99 + VAT per adjoining owner
- Notice plus professional project review: from £195 + VAT per adjoining owner
- Urgent notice preparation: from £295 + VAT per adjoining owner
- Schedule of Condition: from £450 + VAT
- Agreed surveyor, standard cases: from £995 + VAT
- Separate surveyors, basements and anything hostile: bespoke
Indicative pricing. Scope, the number of owners, the drawings, the works and the neighbour’s response can all change the final fee. A dissent often moves the file from a notice fee into surveyor fees. Those are not hidden inside the notice price.
Adjoining owners are not quoted a notice package. If you have received a notice, start with the explanation and upload. Fees, if any are payable by you, depend on the appointment and are not decided by this page.
