How long a Party Wall file usually takes
A complete, straightforward notice file can be drafted in days. The statutory lead-in, where it applies, is then counted in weeks or a month or two, not in our turnaround time.

What slows a file honestly
Missing sections, an unknown freeholder, a dissent, or a basement. Dissent moves the file into appointments and an Award, which is a different length of job.
We aim to answer a new enquiry the same weekday if it arrives before 15:00. That is a response aim, not a promise that a notice will have been served.
