Work has started next door and I have had no notice
If notifiable work appears to have started with no notice, the file is urgent and it is for a person. A late standard notice is not an automatic remedy.

What helps a reviewer
The address, what you can see being built, photographs, and any letter or drawing you were given, even an informal one. Do not confront anyone on our instruction. We do not provide emergency cover or an injunction service.
